I’ve had 4 cats and 5 dogs. Because of the war in my country, many people left their animals. I volunteered and took them in. Some of them were already older when they came into my house, while others I took in as very young kittens and had to bottle-feed and take care of until they were strong enough. Some of them stayed with me for longer periods, sometimes for a whole year, while others stayed for just a month or a few weeks Most of them were mixed breeds, but I also had two dogs that were Staffordshire Terriers, so I’m familiar with caring for different types of dogs and their personalities. I’d be happy to provide photos of animals if you’d like! 🐾
I'd like to know how your pet gets used to people. What does it need to feel comfortable with a stranger?
Usually, my mornings and afternoons are quite busy because I’m a student, so most of my free time is in the working evening, Saturday and Sunday. That’s when I’d be happy to help with the animals and spend some time with them
