Jessica R.'s Experience

I have grown up in the countryside, where I have always been surrounded by animals. From an early age, I developed a natural comfort and familiarity with caring for pets and understanding their behavior. Living in that environment gave me hands-on experience with different types of animals and taught me responsibility, patience, and attentiveness. Over the years, I have learned to recognize their needs, respect their routines, and provide calm and consistent care. This background has helped me build a genuine connection with animals and a strong sense of responsibility when looking after them. I am confident handling pets in a gentle and caring way, always prioritizing their safety and well-being. My lifelong experience with animals has shaped my passion for pet care and motivates me to provide trustworthy and attentive service as a pet sitter and dog walker in Dublin

A typical day

A typical day with the pet starts with a calm greeting and checking their routine, including feeding and fresh water if needed. I then take them for a safe and enjoyable walk, allowing time for exercise, exploration, and bathroom breaks according to their pace and energy level. During the day, I provide companionship, playtime, and gentle attention to keep them relaxed and comfortable. I also ensure the pet feels secure in their environment, whether at home or outdoors, always following the owner’s instructions carefully. If required, I handle feeding schedules, medication, and basic care needs. I pay close attention to the pet’s behavior and well-being throughout the day, making sure they are happy, calm, and safe. Before finishing, I ensure everything is clean, the pet is settled, and the owner receives an update with photos and a brief summary of the visit or walk.
